ABOUT US

Our Journey

Founded in 2014, our parent company, Pro Tax Plus Accountants, has had continuous success over the past decade. Our growth has been exceptional, now providing a wide range of accounting services to a varied client base. In 2018, we achieved a significant milestone with the launch of our first Shopfront franchise in Chelmsford. After more than two years of thorough testing, we formally introduced our franchise packages to the market in 2020. Since then, we have proudly welcomed over 40 franchisees into our network.

In 2022, recognising the immense potential of our franchise model, we established the Accountancy Franchise as a distinct entity registered with Companies House. The core of the Accountancy Franchise's mission is dedicated to revolutionising accounting services in the UK, focusing on the needs of micro and small businesses.We empower individuals to realise their aspirations of entrepreneurship by providing the tools and support necessary to establish their own bookkeeping or accountancy ventures. To date, we have assisted over 40 individuals in launching their practices within just three years, marking only the initial phase of our ambitious journey.

MISSION

At The Accountancy Franchise, our mission is to be the new ‘Uber’ of Accountancy services in the UK for micro and small businesses. We want to revolutionise the Accountancy Industry and expand all over the UK. 

 

We help individuals to achieve their goals and dreams of starting their own bookkeeping or accountancy business and being their own boss.

 

So far we have helped 40+ people to start their own practices, in the short space of 3 years, and this is just the beginning.

GOAL

Our goal is to expand and be the largest franchisor across the United Kingdom.

We enjoy helping people every day, and it has been a pleasure to see our franchisees grow to where they are now, and achieve what they have always wanted.

 

The idea of getting to continue this, and continually aid people in starting their own franchise is something so great for us. 

 

This is only the start of our journey, and with time and consistent effort, our franchisees will grow and prosper, along with every other client that we onboard.

MEET THE TEAM

KEMO CAMARA

Director, Co-Founder

SAVINA KASAMOVA

Franchise Onboarding and Marketing Manager

Kemo is one of our Chief Accountants, with over 8 years of experience in the accounting and tax industry. He is responsible for providing initial training to our franchisees. He also takes over remote and face-to-face ongoing support sessions for client management and general accountancy skills.

LILY CROMAR

Digital Marketing Supervisor

Lily joined us as an apprentice, looking to pursue a successful career within the marketing industry, and is helping us to achieve our marketing goals along the way. Lily takes care of our phone and Zoom appointments with potential franchisees. She provides great customer service and smooth communication during these stages, making sure everything is transparent to our prospects.

JOHN PESANTEZ

Junior Web Developer

John takes care of developing the websites for our Franchisees and internal company. He works closely with our marketing team to help optimize the company's site and technology systems. He also provides support in cases of technical errors or queries.

Savina is our Franchisee Onboarding and Marketing Manager and also one of our

Co-founders. She has been with us since the very beginning of our franchise journey. She is monitoring current marketing goals and supporting Franchisees throughout their journey with us.

BEN CHAPLIN

Franchise Coordinator

As our Franchise Coordinator, Ben will provide support and guidance to franchisees, helping them understand and implement the company's business model, brand standards, and operational procedures. Ben will play an important role in ensuring that the franchise network operates smoothly, maintains consistency, and continues to grow successfully.

ROXIE CLEAVER

Digital Marketing and Sales Apprentice

Roxie is involved in our day-to-day communication with our Prospect Franchisees, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary in order to explain what we offer. Roxie also helps run and monitor digital marketing campaigns to attract prospect franchisees and takes part in organising face-to-face events.
