Do you provide clients?Yes, for all our packages we provide you with clients to kick start your business. These are not leads, but existing clients from our client portfolio. The number of clients we provide depends on the franchise package.

How much am I expected to earn?This depends on the franchise package you purchase and the number of clients you have. As this is your business, the earnings are dependent on your progress to do with your training and the quality of work.

What business assets do you provide?We provide you with laptop, telephone machine, printer & scanner, all Accountancy software access and all the stationary for your start-up franchise business (letter heads, business cards, stamps, compliment slips, brochure for start-up and your personalised website).

Do you provide support for loan applications?Yes, we will support you if you decide to apply for a loan. We will look at your personal circumstances and decide which loan suits you the best. Is training flexible to my schedule?Training is fully flexible to you and your schedule as it is remote. On the days that you cannot attend the training, we will send you a recording of the related session that you have missed. This gives you the opportunity to go over the work in your own time. However, understand that this is your own business, therefore, the more work you put in, the more you will get out of it.

How many hours do I have to work?With our packages, you get to decide how many hours you want to work. We recommend 35 hours per week to give you the best outcome, but ultimately this decision is up to you.

Which software do you use?We use a variety of software, as we base it according to our clients and their needs. We use software collaboration software, client management software, and tax submission software. As well as accounting and bookkeeping programs like we are Xero Platinum Partners and we also use accounting and bookkeeping programs such as Dext and Hubdoc
